Neptune, California, home to the Neptune High Pirates and the infamous Hearst College. Many find it home to celebrities, whereas others just call it home. The 09ers continue to own the high school, flaunting their money by throwing parties and whoring up the town. It's pretty much a crime to be a virgin past sophomore year as a 09er. The PCHers continue to run the drug trade, and have started letting more white folk into the club than ever before. All in all, the teenagers pretty much run the entire town, whether they want to or not.
